Champagne Dom Caudron

Start your Valentine's weekend by joining us for an evening of champagne and sushi tasting.  Looking for some new unique bubbles to try?  Join us and explore the nuances of champagne made from a single grape variety, Pinot Meunier.  You will discover Champagne Dom Caudron and its unique characteristics derived from Pinot Meunier. 

Single-Varietal Champagne made from Pinot Meunier 

The evening will feature a lineup of three cuvées from Maison de Champagne Dom Caudron.  This single-varietal champagne will unveil its fruity personality in all its forms, from the simplest to the most complex.  Claude Fantoli, a fine wine importer and proprietor of BM Vins Fins (www.invino-veritas.ch) will guide you through the following flight of champagnes:
  • Dom Caudron - Prédiction: 100% Pinot Meunier Brut
  • Dom Caudron - Epicurienne: 100% Pinot Meunier from vines aged over 50 years old
  • Dom Caudron - Cornalyne: 100% pinot Meunier, 50% aged in oak barrels
