You will pair 3 cuvées of biodynamic champagne from Mademoiselle Bulles with Oscietra Caviar and Siberian Caviar from Antonius Caviar, a heavenly delicacy which has aroused the tastes of many all over the globe. Antonius Caviar is a new Polish brand of one of the most desirable delicacies - highest quality caviar from sturgeon. While away your evening and discover a new favorite champagne with us. Appetizing hors d'oeuvres prepared by Chef Jérémy Rosenbois will also be served to enhance your tasting experience. Jérémy worked for Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon in Paris before starting his own restaurant in Geneva, L'Insensé. He will tantalize your taste buds with his gastronomic creations. The following three cuvées of biodynamic champagne will be available for tasting: Champagne Marguet, Réserve grand cru: 63% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay Champagne Barbichon, Blanc de Blancs: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Blanc Champagne Val Frison , Goustan: 100% Pinot Noir
