DRY-AGED MEAT/FISH AND CHAMPAGNE PAIRINGS

Food and wine both combine experiences across three senses: taste, smell and sight.
Join us for a casual and convivial evening of wine and food pairing experience on Saturday, June 25th from 6:30 - 10 pm
at Ibis Styles Route de Saint-Julien 3 Carouge


The event is for everyone with a passion for fine food and wine.  Champagne Circle in partnership with the Finest Cut, we aim to tantalize your taste buds by indulging you with a tasting menu of dry-aged meat/fish and champagne pairings.   Selected cuvées of grower champagne will be served with each dry-aged meat/fish allowing you to sample the subtle differences and nuances that each cuvée brings to the individual dish.  Our dry-aged meat expert and our in-house champagne sommelier will guide you through the evening of gustatory sensation.
