Champagne Circle in partnership with the Finest Cut, we aim to tantalize your taste buds by indulging you with a tasting menu of dry-aged meat/fish and champagne pairings. Selected cuvées of grower champagne will be served with each dry-aged meat/fish allowing you to sample the subtle differences and nuances that each cuvée brings to the individual dish. Our dry-aged meat expert and our in-house champagne sommelier will guide you through the evening of gustatory sensation.
