Elise will lead us through the tasting of 4 cuvées: * Champagne Barrat-Masson: Grain d'Argile - Extra Brut 50%Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir * Champagne Barrat-Masson: Fleur de Craie - Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) * Champagne Barbichon: Blanc de Noirs - Brut 100% Pinot Noir from Côte des Bars * Champagne Jeauneaux-Robin: Brut Zero (zero dosage) - 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
To enhance your tasting experience, each cuvée will be accompanied by cheese platters from Rians. A cheese specialist from Rians will be present to guide you through the cheese and champagne pairings.
